That's him...he was dining at the roadkill cafe when we drove by, he didn't venture too far.
First of all, it is not a vulture. It is a Turkey Buzzard. Learn your species before you tag them. Also, they normally do not eat road kill. They wait for the remains from actual kills or scare off the perpetrators that are smaller than they are.
